The Alaskan Halibut is the fish that many people only dream of catching!
Here at Rainy Day Fishing Charters we can make that dream come true. Halibut is a large flat, bottom dwelling fish. This is a fish that does take a little more work to find and to catch. We use shorter rods and larger reels than what we use for salmon as these can be a much larger fish. We also anchor in 200ft to 400ft of water and bounce the bottom with lures to catch these fish.
